Jun 11, 2020 · Add Netflix to your Xbox One Home screen Microsoft removed the ability to manually pin apps to the Home screen. If you frequently watch Netflix, you’ll see the app listed in the Home screen’s Download the Netflix app. Please note that Netflix is only available on Xbox One in regions that have both Netflix and Xbox Live service. Begin from the Home screen on your Xbox One. Scroll right to access the Store. In the Apps section, select Netflix. Netflix app doesnt seem to be working online, it loads the default black title screen with Netflix in the centre. But there is no loading cursor, then it simply says the service is unavailable and to go to the support page of Xbox Live. Anyone else suffering this problem? Netflix appears to be working elsewhere, but not on the Xbox One.
